The Process
Modern processing and state of the art technology and industry leading expertise at The Waste Exchange make it possible to turn industrial, commercial and construction waste into alternative fuels.
The Waste Exchange - Our Process
Flock RDFWe take commercial, industrial and household waste. This material is pre-treated to remove valuable recyclable materials. The remaining material is then sized and processed to remove further smaller recyclable elements such as ferrous and non ferrous metals.
The residue is then further re-sized and de-contaminated to remove chlorine producing material. The resultant fuel consists predominantly of plastic and biodegradable waste previously landfilled.
